Hilltop Resort Policy & rules

RESERVATIONS & CHECK-IN POLICY : ( Check-in 11.00 am and Check-out Time- 10.00 am )

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card or Passport. Note that PAN card is not acceptable.

PETS POLICY :
The Resort is not pet friendly. Hence, one should not book if you are travelling with pets.

PAYMENT POLICY
:
We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, Cash, UPI Pay, Bank Transfer.
Guest should have to pay full amount of accomodation at check-in time.
GST / Taxes charged extra and applicable as per government directives.

BOOKING EXTENSION POLICY :
Any extension of stay at the resort is subject to availability of the rooms at the current ongoing rate and not at the rate at which the original booking was made. Children above 8 years will be charged as per extra adult rate. Extra bed charges – Rs.750 per person.( 1 Guest per Room).

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY :
Cancellation before 20 days - 30 days of check-in 100% Refund
Cancellation between 10 days - 20 days of check-in 75% Refund
Cancellation within 5 days - 10 days of check-in 25% Refund
Cancellation within 2 days of check- in No Refund

ILLICIT ACTIVITY :
If necessary we will report suspected illegal activity to the appropriate authorities and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone suspected of involvement in such activity.
The resort reserves the right to enter any area of the resort including guestrooms, should there be a reason for suspicion of illegal activity or if we suspect other guests, our staff or property are at risk.
Smoking, Alcohol, Gambling, Prostitution, contraband goods, drugs, etc – are all strictly prohibited within the resort premises.

GUEST’S OBLIGATIONS :
You agree to the terms and conditions of purchase imposed by the resort. You also agree that you are fully responsible and shall pay for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, assessments and other amounts arising out of your reservation when due, including additional taxes and fees that may not be included in the quoted rate. You understand that any violation of the resort’s conditions may result in cancellation of your reservation and you forfeiting any monies paid for such reservation and the resort debiting your account for any costs it incurs as a result of such violation.

DAMAGE TO THE ROOM & PUBLIC SPACES:
Any type of loss or damage to items in the room or any public space will result in a charge that will be at the discretion of management.

SAFES/LOST & FOUND/PERSONAL PROPERTY :
The resort is not liable for the theft, loss, damage or destruction of the property except for gross negligence on the part of the Resort or its employees.

GUEST RISK POLICY :
Resort management are not responsible for any personal injury or any human loss.

HOUSEKEEPING :
For the safety of our staff and guests, no occupied rooms will be serviced while guests are present. We provide housekeeping services at any time that is convenient up to 2pm. Please alert our Housekeeping Supervisor, if you would like to schedule service at a particular time.

FORCE MAJEURE :
The resort will not be liable for any change or cancellation of any reservation that is caused, in whole or in part, by events, occurrences or causes beyond the control of the resort. Such events, occurrences, or causes include, without limitation, acts of God, terrorist activities, weather, strikes, lockouts, riots, acts of war, earthquake, volcanic activity, ash clouds, tsunamis, fire and explosions.

CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOL :
As per Maharstra Government policy personal liquor can be consumed in the allocated guest rooms only.
No public area, special venue, terrace and hall will be provided for consuming personal liquor.
